Master of Divinity Program

The Master of Divinity program consists of eight semesters, except in the case of those who qualify for a special program. The core curriculum is divided into five major concentrations:  philosophy, biblical studies, theology, church history and pastoral studies.

Requirements for the Master of Divinity degree:

1.  A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or an equivalent degree or certificate from an educational system outside the United States).  Any exceptions to this will be in accord with the 10 percent permitted by the ATS standards.

2.  Completion of the core curriculum as specified with a grade point average of 2.7 (B-).

3.  The religious commitment necessary for professional ministry in the Catholic Church as manifest in pastoral ministerial experience.
