Reunion classes ‘70, ‘75, ‘80, ‘85, ‘90, ‘95, ‘00, ‘05, ‘10
In the initial phase of this initiative, Pathway to the Future, we looked to our alumni for their support to revitalize our chapel – the centerpiece of our community. Thank you for your support of the alumni chapel and for the renovation of this sacred space.
Our campaign is now focused on building our endowment and constructing our new learning center. This two level, 10,000 sq/ft facility will address the dual issues of space in a fifty-year old building and the need for advanced technologies to foster learning and research. Its location, adjacent to the front facade of the seminary, signifies the seminary’s commitment to continue our mission into the future.

Our 50th Anniversary celebration at Alumni Days concluded with Mass celebrated by His Eminence, Seán Cardinal O’Malley, OFM Cap., Archbishop of Boston, followed by a banquet with our alumni, seminarians, faculty, staff and trustees.
Our founder Richard Cardinal Cushing realized the need to provide a path for men with a delayed vocation to priesthood. We have formed over 600 men (ages 30-60) for ordination from over 150 (arch) dioceses and religious orders.
As we celebrate this milestone we give thanks to God for the blessings Pope St. John XIII National Seminary bestows upon the Church throughout the United States and beyond.
The Boston Pilot covered our Alumni Days in their article from 10/31/14
